The Tunisian association RECONNECTT , based in France, is proud to announce the selection of five exceptional Tunisian women as recipients of the Tunisian Women in Tech of The Year 2024 award. These remarkable women have been recognized for the excellence of their professional careers, the quality of their scientific publications, and their unwavering commitment to advancing technological development in Tunisia.
Hailing from both scientific and professional spheres, these accomplished individuals have played a pivotal role in enhancing Tunisiaโs reputation across various technological fields, including cybersecurity, biotechnology, chemical and process engineering, advanced network technologies, and telecommunications. Through their work and achievements, they have driven innovation, facilitated the transfer of knowledge, and championed excellence in research and technological development.

Professor in Advanced Computer Network Technologies and researcher at the SM@RTS laboratory (Signals, Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Networks) at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Multimedia, Sfax, Tunisia.
Dr Magda Chelly
Co-founder and CEO of RuleUp, keynote speaker, serial entrepreneur, and distinguished expert in cybersecurity, Singapore.
Dr. Nada Raddaoui
Managing Director of the Cluster for Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Munich (CNATM) and the Collaborative Research Center 1309 (SFB1309) in Munich, Germany.
Dr. Besma Smida
