automation and operational efficiencies.
Primary responsibilities include leading the research and development of AI capabilities that are built into services worth $50M+, building NLP
and ML models as a library of micro-services that are provided through REST APIs, and providing scientific oversight and strategic guidance on the
expanded use of AI and emerging technologies.
Holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and Computer Sciences from University of Louisville, USA.
